Qualified Education Provider Program™ (QEP™)

What is QEP?

The Qualified Education Provider™ (QEP) program, developed and managed by ACMP, promotes the consistency of change management training by qualifying courses that align to ACMP's Standard for Change Management© and adult education best practices.

QEP courses can be used to satisfy the Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP) application or continuing education requirements. The QEP Registry offers potential students one place to quickly find these qualified courses.

Purpose of the QEP

The QEP program is aligned to the CCMP program and serves to support both CCMP candidates and those that have already obtained the CCMP credential. Taking a QEP course satisfies the education requirement for CCMP applicants as well as the continuing education requirement for maintaining the CCMP credential. In addition, selecting a QEP course helps expedite the CCMP application and continuing education process. Qualified courses can be found in the QEP Registry.

Benefits of Being a QEP

By Becoming a QEP, the Organization:
  • Boosts its credibility by aligning to ACMP’s Standard for Change Management© and adult education best practices;
  • Gains access to a wider, global market of practitioners; and
  • Demonstrates itself as a partner in furthering ACMP’s goal to advance the discipline of change management.

Application Process

Training providers can submit QEP applications through an online tool. Our QEP User Guide provides detailed screen by screen instructions to help with the application. A QEP evaluator will assess applications to determine if the organization, instructors, course design and course delivery meet ACMP’s QEP criteria.
