The theme for ACMP's 2021 Virtual Events, Global Innovation: We're Better Together, sets the stage to share new, forward-thinking concepts, and leading best practices amongst people from different origins, expertise, culture, and professions. Change Management is being increasingly called on to persevere, innovate, introduce changes, and build a better future in and for organizations.

We are looking for experienced thought leaders, industry innovators, and dynamic global presenters who can engage their audience and initiate thought-provoking discussions focused on learnings that can help us grow and advance as a global change community.

Education Track Topics
Submissions should align with one of these track topics: 

Change Management Around the Globe
Change happens everywhere, but is it called, approached, and managed the same way? This track will offer a look at the diversity of change culture, language, roles, and how this should influence our change strategies, approaches, tools, etc. especially when we are confronted with the introduction of changes at an international level. This track offers a look at the diversity of the change management discipline and profession around the world. Sharing unique global perspectives, intellectual insights, and cultural impact on change management’s development, integration, and needs worldwide.

Global Innovation and Worldwide Change Trends
This track showcases global innovations that evolve the way change works within the discipline and profession, highlights emerging technological and economic trends that inform change management needs, as well as introduces speakers from different parts of the globe.

The Culture of One
This track focuses on the power of leveraging the many synergistic professions, industries, and capabilities that are essential to the change management discipline globally, including leadership, organizational development, human capital, learning, coaching, strategic communications, performance management, data analytics, process engineering, project management, and more.

The Change Role of Leaders in the Future of Work
This track focuses on the future of work and the significant implications for the role of leaders across multiple sectors – industry, government, and non-profit. Explore how accelerated digital transformation and adaption to newly diversified work environments influence how we evolve to manage change in the future. It will also show how leaders and change professionals at all levels of the organization can work together to create synergies to help organizations achieve their future goals.

Accelerating Professional Growth
This track provides opportunities to develop additional skills to increase your impact as a change management professional. Topics such as using coaching/mentoring in change management, developing your facilitation skills, improving your strategic view, and working on your influence are a few examples. This track is suggested for intermediate to experienced change management practitioners.

Critical Change Foundations
This track focuses on the foundational components of establishing and mobilizing change management initiatives or capabilities within organizations, industries, and countries where change management is not as established or recognized. Specifically, sharing critical success factors, including buy-in, justification of change management as an asset to the success of a transformation initiative, and global culture considerations that are in demand across organizations today to implement successful change. This track is intended to serve as an introduction for those new to change management, change curious, as well as a refresher with critical updates for long-time practitioners.

  • Presentation submissions are due by Friday, October 30, 2020. (Late submissions will not be accepted, no exceptions.)
