Rana Ozseker, MCMP™, PCC

Rana Ozseker is a Master Change Management Professional (MCMP™), Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), and the founder of RNA Change Management, Türkiye’s first change management firm and ACMP-recognized Qualified Education Provider. With over 20 years of experience in change management, she has led transformation initiatives across cultural change, social sustainability, leadership development, and organizational agility.

A former finance executive for multinationals such as Procter & Gamble and Ingersoll Rand, Rana brings a rare blend of strategic insight, financial expertise, and cross-cultural fluency. Her work spans Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia—bridging global best practices with local realities.

Yolonda Evans

Yolonda is a change strategist with nearly two decades of extensive experience leading enterprise transformation for Fortune 500 companies and local government agencies, developing talent development and organizational change management (OCM) programs to ensure successful change across the organization.

Yolonda’s current role is as the Senior Change Management & Communications Advisor at Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC), a leader in the private mortgage insurance industry that believes in the importance of helping everyone achieve their dreams of homeownership.  She combines her expertise as a change practitioner, experienced corporate trainer, certified continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness consultant to deliver a robust enterprise change strategy to transform the way we process, respond and embrace change.

Prior to her current role, she held leadership roles in both the public and private sector supporting talent development initiatives, enterprise alignment, cultural transformation and organizational effectiveness efforts. As a facilitator of change, she has developed several workshops focused on the development of transformational leadership. Yolonda is a committed change practitioner and leader with experience integrating Lean Six-Sigma methodologies combined with OCM strategies to promote successful sustainable change.

Yolonda combined her passion and purpose of helping others through her company, Project T.I.M.E*.  It was created to help small businesses in south-eastern Wisconsin with employee engagement, diverse recruitment and workforce development strategies. Dima Syrotkin

Dima Syrotkin, currently serving as the CEO of Pandatron, a leading AI coaching and transformation company, has pursued a solid educational journey. His qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, a Master's degree in Management and International Business from Aalto University, and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organization and Management at Aalto University.

Throughout his career, Dima has primarily held leadership positions, including roles as a CEO and founder of three startup companies, including Pandatron, in the education sector. Notably, he successfully sold one of these ventures. In addition to his business ventures, Dima also played a pivotal role as the founder and CEO of a local non-profit AIESEC chapter in Turku, where he led a team of 18 individuals. His professional experience also extends to management consulting, where he provided valuable insights and support to prominent corporations in Finland, such as S Group and Elisa Oyj. Dima supports some Ukraine-focused non-profits in San Francisco.

ACMP has a strategic objective to advance the profession of change management, with The Standard for Change Management as our foundation to certification and education. In what ways can ACMP further advance the profession? How would you handle the process of prioritizing what needs to be accomplished?

1. Executive Track: Create a dedicated track for executives at conferences. My experience selling to C-level executives at the World Economic Forum in Davos will aid in implementation. Besides, I would champion engaging more students, NGOs, university academics, ICF members, and project managers to enhance learning and collaboration.
   
   
2. Digital and AI Integration: Improve education, including The Standard for Change Management, using my expertise in digital skills and AI deployment in large corporations.
   
   
3. Mentorship Programs: Establish mentorship programs to facilitate knowledge transfer, career guidance, and professional development.
   
   
4. To prioritize initiatives, we should gather stakeholder input to align our efforts with member needs and priorities. Ensuring initiatives support ACMP’s mission and strategic goals is crucial. We should assess the potential impact through cost-benefit analyses, focusing on high-impact, feasible projects. Resource allocation should be based on current capabilities, with plans for future expansion. Finally, implementing iterative reviews will help monitor progress and adjust priorities as needed.
   

ACMP is a Global organization with a high proportion of members in the USA and Canada – how would you help drive our global focus and ignite brand relevance?  

1. Cultural Insights and Understanding: Having lived and worked in Ukraine, Germany, Finland, and the US, I have a deep understanding of different cultural contexts and business environments. Having worked across the US, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Japan positions me well to understand the nuances of operating in various markets. I would leverage this network to expand ACMP’s reach, identifying key partners and stakeholders in these regions to foster collaboration and membership growth.
   
   
2. Diversity: I would champion initiatives that promote diversity and a sense of “belonging” within ACMP, ensuring that voices from all regions are heard, represented and supported. This could include creating opportunities for members to connect and collaborate across borders.
   
   
3. Global Communication: I would implement strategies that enhance ACMP’s global communication, including multilingual content, region-specific newsletters, and active engagement on social media platforms popular in different regions.
   

David Melin-Högrell

David Melin-Högrell was one of the founders of ACMP Sweden and served on its board for eight years, of which five years as the (second) President. He has also served on the ACMP Regional Networks Task Force and Chapter Formation Committee (2023-2024 as co-chair).

Most of his professional life has been in consultancies, either as a consultant or as line manager or account manager, and working with clients and colleagues in Asia, Europe and North America. He also has a broad experience from association work in other contexts, professional and private.

We need to explore how the discipline of CM is relevant to new contexts before we can determine how ACMP can be relevant there.

I firmly believe that “all business is local”. We must clearly communicate the benefits of membership in both the local (Chapter/Community) and global (ACMP) contexts. We may also need to develop offerings that provide even more tangible benefits of membership with an attractive cost/benefit ratio, so that prospective members are attracted, and existing members renew. This especially when we expand into areas of the world where the membership fee can be perceived as high relative to income.

Another idea is to “twin” chapters in different countries with each other.

We also need to further develop our offerings so that members in locations where there currently is no Chapter still get a sense of community – this will in turn build a basis for future Chapter formation.

Alexandra Hartman

Dr. Jens M Sorg

Jens is a passionate change and transformation manager. He has +15 years of consulting experience, holding various management and support positions. As Director Business Consulting at CGI, Jens leads a team following the same passion: Strategic Change & Cultural Management and Strategic Change Advisory.

Since the beginning of his professional career, Jens has successfully initiated and accompanied change projects and entire transformation programs. The focus was on new forms of organization and cooperation models, the implementation of processes, their digitization and optimization, and the introduction of classical and agile project management. Jens has also worked on strategic topics for many years.

In recent years, his sectoral focus has been on automotive, financial services, governance/administration, and service management. Additionally, Jens has many years of experience in logistics, telecommunications, and international cooperation and development. Further, Jens has extensive cultural experience. He worked in many European countries, but also in Afghanistan, Ethiopia, China, Dubai, the USA, and South Africa. These experiences enable Jens to have a great understanding of diversity and empathy for stakeholders from all cultural backgrounds and hierarchical levels.

Jens holds a Ph.D. in political science. During his studies, he focused on social capital, experimentalist governance, and decision-making processes in hyper-complex environments. Stefanie is an energetic leader with global expertise in change management, communications, training, talent development & employee engagement solutions.  She has led change strategies to empower organizations through transformational change in process, technology, employee experience and culture towards simpler, modernized and enhanced ways of working.

Stefanie currently leads the change management, communications and training strategy for the transformation of Johnson & Johnson’s Global Finance organization, moving from disaggregated organizational structures, legacy ERP platforms, and manual financial management practices, towards digital capabilities that will drive accelerated growth for J&J.  Prior to her current role, Stefanie led the change management strategies for Prudential’s One Front Door initiative, supporting leaders and employees across siloed business units and customer service platforms towards a centralized platform with one front door for customers to access multiple insurance and retirement solutions.  Stefanie also built the change management and training strategy for Project MaxCV at Dun & Bradstreet, sunsetting legacy ERPs, developing a change agent network and digital learning strategy, enabling end-users with the skills and behaviors to adopt connected data solutions and modernized tools.

Felicia Vacarelu is a communications expert with manifold experience leading strategic communications and engagement efforts in both public and private sector organizations. She currently leads communications for UN Global Pulse, the digital innovation program of the United Nations Secretary-General. UN Global Pulse works at the intersection of digital innovation and the human sciences to inform, inspire, and strengthen the ability of the United Nations family and those it serves to anticipate, respond, and adapt to current and future challenges.

Recently, her work has expanded to applying organizational development and change management processes to help the UN transform, grow and adapt. Felicia seeks to make impactful contributions that change the lives of people and communities for the better. She remains an active member of her local community, and is an advocate for DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) in the workplace and outside of it.

Prior to working at UN Global Pulse, Felicia held multiple positions at the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in the field of communications and public information, she was a journalist for one of Romania’s largest news agencies called Mediafax and worked as a public affairs manager helping to organize international convenings. Kavita Sarwal continues to use her over two decades of experience in national and international health management to transform the provision of health care through effective planning, operation, and evaluation of health services. Peter is the author of the Leadership of Change® - Change Management Body of Knowledge, multiple change management books with titles which include change management fables, pocket guide, handbook, leadership, adoption, behavior, and sponsorship. He has a passion for using change management gamification to enable leaders of change to develop the skills and knowledge to lead their organization’s change. Thanes resides in Malaysia and she has more than 20 years of experience in program management, business analysis, and change management, primarily in the financial industry. The early portion of her career included a focus on project managing system, process and structural transformations, which led her to gain experience in countries that include Brunei, Cambodia, China (Hong Kong), Indonesia, Oman, Vietnam, and Singapore. Her curiosity for maximizing program success led her to further strengthen her passion in analyzing and understanding human behavior in driving change.

In addition to her professional work, Thanes actively volunteers her time to help disaster relief operations in Malaysia.

Thanes is a Prosci certified advance instructor and she holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Malaya. She received a bachelor's degree in economics from the same university. Currently, Thanes is pursuing a doctorate degree in business and managerial economics.

Jennifer Rhodes is the Founder of Markham Ventures, a niche consultancy to provide business consulting and advisory services focusing on strategic planning, business transformation, change management, organizational design and leadership coaching. 

She is an accomplished professional with years of experience in both the private and public sectors, and excels at growing companies, enhancing capabilities, portfolios, and programs. She was the George Mason University’s School of Business Alumni Chapter Diversity & Inclusion Chair and on the School of Business Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Task Force for three years. In 2020, Jennifer was recognized by the Mason School of Business as a Prominent Patriot and in 2021 she received the School of Business Alumni Service Award for her diversity work. Jennifer earned her Executive MBA from George Mason University and received a double Bachelor of Arts from DePauw University in Russian Studies and Political Science. She received a Change Management Advanced Practitioner certificate from Georgetown University. Jennifer also holds certifications in change management from Prosci, facilitation from RIVA, and in Draw Your Future from Up Your Creative Genius. Douglas has 15+ years of experience leading transformations, change readiness, user experience, communications, training, continuous improvement, project management, data analysis, and sustainment strategies. His experience includes creating ‘Centers of Excellence’ and leading tailored workshops as a consultant along their Change Management journey as an external consultant or full-time employee.

Currently, Douglas is in the process of completing Prosci’s Advanced Instructor Certification. He is a co-founder of the newly recognized ACMP Utah chapter with a focus on creating a community that elevates Utah’s change professionals.

Douglas resides in Utah with his wife and children. He also serves as an advocate in the cure for Parkinson’s Disease.

Amanda Schmoldt, MCMP™, CCMP^®, CFOD, has more than two decades of experience in organizational change management, human resources, communications, and organizational effectiveness. She has been a member of the ACMP board of directors since 2019, having previously held positions such as ACMP Conference Chair, a member of the FY2020 Strategy Task Force, a member of the CSNE Committee, and president of ACMP Texas.

Amanda has a wealth of experience leading teams dedicated to building enterprise change capabilities and supporting the people side of the company’s change and transformation efforts. She has held various leadership roles at HALO Branded Solutions, Neiman Marcus Group, USAA, Caterpillar, Archer Daniels Midland, and the State of Illinois. She lives in San Antonio, Texas.

Sylvie Charbonneau is the founding partner of Brio Conseils, acting as president from 2005 to 2016. She has 40 years of experience in IT, change management and organizational transformation. She was a board member of ACMP for 3 years and acted as treasurer and secretary. She is currently the past president of the ACMP Quebec Chapter. 

Sylvie had a very diversified career as a consultant and helping organizations in the financial sector, transportation, distribution, services, etc. In parallel to her career, she has been a lecturer at HEC Montreal (business school associated to University of Montreal) for more than 15 years. She has delivered extensive training sessions and conferences, bringing change awareness to more than 1500 managers and executive. Even though she semi-retired in 2016, she continues to deliver training sessions and conferences and to coach managers and executives struggling with changes in their organizations. She is the co-author of a business novel on organizational change published in 2016 (Voyage au cœur d’une transformation organisationnelle). Finally, she has been serving on the board of the Kidney Foundation of Canada for 5 years, first as VP fund raising and as president. She will become the past president in May 2019.

Benjamin Yaw Manu is the Founder of Nimdier, a consulting firm based in Ghana that equips clients to generate growth for the future through change management and strategy execution.

He consults and trains in Change Management, Business Transformation, Strategy Execution, and Leadership Development.

Benjamin professionally speaks at industry events for global organizations and associations.

He has worked as a management consultant on change initiatives and institutional reforms both at the Offices of the Senior Vice President and Vice President for Regional Integration and Business Development of the African Development Bank Group.

Prior to working with the African Development Bank Group, he was Regional Manager, West Africa for Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK. Until 2018 he served in a various senior project and program management positions with the United Nations, Invest in Africa, Cadbury, and British Council.

He holds a master’s degree in Social Work in Organizational Development from the University of Ghana. He has also received advanced executive education at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, INSEAD, and the China Europe International Business School. Benjamin is a Certified Prosci Change Management Professional. 

Roxanne Brown has 18 years of change experience, focused on leader and team transformation, large-scale change initiatives and culture evolution.

Roxanne is the founder of a team effectiveness consultancy, The Change Decision, combining change management and decision analysis expertise to transform leaders and their teams.

Roxanne received her bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus in Leadership Studies, from the University of Richmond. She has several advanced certifications and is currently the President and Board member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

Roxanne is the Board President for ACMP. As the President, she strives to help make ACMP the professional home for Change Management professionals. A major focus this year has been the priority to "Connect people in from wherever they are." Because Change Management professionals live and work all over the globe, this priority is about:

• Finding inventive, virtual ways to connect people regardless of where they are located, what industry they are in and what title they have
• Connecting thought leaders into the community in ways that are meaningful to them
• Bringing in those that are newly entering the profession for mentoring and development
  

Beyond connecting people, being a professional home means ACMP becomes the source for Change Management resources, reflecting excellence in quality and emerging thinking in both practical application and academic research.

I am a dedicated change management professional who puts into practice every day the elements that lead to personal and organisational success. I am still learning! As a leader in my own business, a change management instructor and advisor, I am constantly developing ways to help people make the connection between change management and performance improvement in the workplace. My 20+ years in project and programme management left me frustrated with the lack of benefits realisation and low achievement of ROI, as well as shocked by the management and staff disillusionment that resulted from poorly managed change. We are capabable of doing so much better! This led to my decision to focus on the people side of change. I work with business leaders to create the conditions for successful change and with change practitioners to develop sustainable approaches, appropriate for their organisations. Providing support and encouragement to the growth of change leaders and professionals is one of my greatest pleasures and a privilege. 

As a speaker of five languages and with assignments that take me around the world, my insights have been gained from work with local and global companies in the UK, Europe, SE Asia, the Middle East and Africa covering private (finance, pharma, engineering, manufacturing, etc.), public and non-profit. My business partner and I founded CMC back in 2001 and we continue to innovate in the service of our customers focusing on portfolio, programme, project and change management. Our family has chosen to live in Singapore at present, a vibrant, human rainbow city where change is and always has been a massive feature! 

During the six years I have served as a Board Member, ACMP has achieved so much. The most intensive periods of activity for me were associated with leadership activity for the creation of the Certified Change Manager ProfessionalTM Program, the Qualified Education ProviderTM Program and of course with the roles I fulfilled as Vice President, President then Past President. My work with ACMP has given me great joy as I have helped colleagues from around the world come together, united as volunteers in activities that evolve our offering and working with a staff team who are passionate about the bright future we have.   

Kate has over 20 years of business and change management experience helping large and small companies worldwide get people ready, willing, and able to work in new ways. She is the co-founder of Change Guides, a change management services firm and has co-author of three popular books on organizational change management: The Change Management Pocket Guide (2011, Change Guides LLC), The Eight Constants of Change (2008, Cornerstone Leadership) and Managing Change in an Agile World (2018, Change Guides LLC).

As a founder of Change Guides, Kate is an integral part of strategy development and execution for Change Guides.  She has helped drive the growth of the company to include offices and affiliates around the world serving clients of all sizes in all industries.  Her clients have spanned the retail, consumer products, life sciences, healthcare, and manufacturing industries.

Kate has authored articles in countless regionally, nationally, and internationally distributed publications and is frequently cited as an expert in the field of organizational change. Kate is also a frequent speaker at conferences and organizational events on the topic of managing change and developing an engaged and productive workforce.  Before co-founding Change Guides in 2005, Kate worked with Deloitte Consulting serving clients and shaping the firm's Change Management practice. 

She earned a BS from the College of William and Mary, an MBA from the Fisher School of Business and a MS from the School of Natural Resources at Ohio State University. She currently lives in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Kate is an active member of several Boards of Directors around the world.  She currently serves as an ACMP Global Board Member and has been since 2012. In her volunteer role with ACMP, she has contributed to many valuable efforts, including development of the CCMP and QEP programs, and acting as Board liaison for virtually every committee of the ACMP.
