Mastering Change Communications for Scalable Change Activation
Register Now - Open to All | February 6 | Nellie Wartoft, CEO of Tigerhall

Activating change starts with mastering communications. This session shares how clear, targeted messaging builds trust, addresses resistance, and sustains momentum to drive transformation at every phase of change.

Attendees will walk away with:

  • A practical breakdown of how to activate change through more effective communications.
  • Change communication strategies to address barriers at each phase of change.
  • Insights into why traditional change communication approaches fail and how to accelerate buy-in, adoption, and impact.
  • Examples on how the best organizations are activating change at scale.
  • A deeper understanding of Tigerhall’s Change Activation Platform and how it works.

ACMP® Introduces Updated Code of Ethics and New Ethics Complaint Review Process

The Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) recently introduced an updated Code of Ethics and a new formal Code of Ethics Complaint Review Process. The edits made to the Code of Ethics are intended to incorporate elements of ACMP’s DEIB Statement and to reflect the launch of the Ethics Review Committee to accept complaints. Please note that the changes to the Code of Ethics will not have an impact on the current CCMP exam questions.

This new Code of Ethics Complaint Review Process will allow members and credential holders to be held accountable to the highest ethical standards in the profession, further solidifying ACMP’s commitment to fostering trust, responsibility, and professionalism across the global change management community. It is designed to ensure that any ethical concerns regarding ACMP members or credential holders are addressed in a fair and structured manner. Aligned with ACMP's Code of Ethics, which emphasizes honesty, responsibility, fairness, respect, and advancing the discipline, this process will uphold the integrity of the profession and reinforce the standards of ethical conduct that change practitioners are expected to follow.

Members are encouraged to revisit the Standard for Change Management, where the newly updated Code of Ethics is found. This important step represents ACMP’s ongoing dedication to supporting ethical practices in the organizations and communities we serve.
*Changes apply to the English language version of the Standard only. Translation updates are forthcoming.
