ACMP® Welcomes New Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 2025

Washington, DC – On September 1, the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) welcomed its new board of directors, who will serve through August 31, 2025. In addition to having global board representation, many of the board members have obtained their Certified Change Management Professional™ designation as well. 

Executive officers from fiscal year 2024, which ended August 31, will continue is these roles through fiscal year 2025. They are President Rich Batchelor, CCMP (Canada), Vice President Isolde Kanikani (Netherlands), Past President Amanda Schmoldt, CCMP (USA), Secretary Aizhan Zhantayeva, CCMP (Kazakhstan), and Treasurer Dr. Jens Sorg, CCMP (Germany). They are joined on the board by Yolonda Evans (USA), Alexandra Hartman, CCMP (USA), Dustin Jackson, CCMP (USA), Siddharth Kumar, CCMP (India), David Melin-Hogrell (Sweden) and Dima Syrotkin (Finland).

“It is such an honor to be reelected to the ACMP Board of Directors,” said Rich Batchelor, President of the Board. “My first three years on the board were so enriching, as we helped steer the direction of the organization towards future growth. I have enjoyed my interactions with colleagues from around the world and look forward to continuing this important work for another term.”

Deshini Newman, CEO of ACMP, shared her appreciation for the ACMP Board of Directors, highlighting the importance of their volunteer service and dedication to the association. "Our Board of Directors plays a critical role in shaping the future of ACMP. As volunteers, their commitment, passion, and leadership ensure we remain at the forefront of the change management profession," she said.

She noted that the new board had already met face-to-face in Amsterdam for strategic planning—their first in-person meeting since before COVID. "It was an incredible opportunity to review our achievements from the past fiscal year and plan for ACMP's continued growth. We're excited to share the board's vision for the association with our members at the Annual Member Meetings in January 2025. Thank you to our board for your invaluable contributions."

ACMP’s Annual Member Meetings will be held January 28 and 29, 2025. More details will be available soon on the ACMP event calendar.
