Peter consults, speaks, and writes about the Leadership of Change®. For the past 30 years, he has worked in over 30 countries for some of the world’s largest and most successful organizations. He has helped these organizations, their leaders and employees deliver change, improvement and transformation through projects, programs, workshops, masterclasses, gamification, training and speaking. He has a proven track record of complex change and project delivery in multi-disciplinary environments and speaks globally to Government entities, CEO audiences, leadership teams and at professional membership conferences. He has Big Four external consulting experience, as well as internal and commercial consulting experience. Peter is the author of the Leadership of Change® - Change Management Body of Knowledge, multiple change management books with titles which include change management fables, pocket guide, handbook, leadership, adoption, behavior, and sponsorship. He has a passion for using change management gamification to enable leaders of change to develop the skills and knowledge to lead their organization’s change. He strongly believes that “Change Waits for No Leader” and stresses the importance of aligning the organization’s leadership team before they start their change or transformation journey. Peter has an MBA (Distinction) from the Robert Gordon University and was one of the first 500 to achieve the ACMP CCMP™ accreditation. He is also a Certified Manager of Quality with the American Society of Quality (ASQ) and holds three certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), among others. Peter has previous Non-Executive Director (NED) experience and was elected to the ACMP UK Board of Directors as the Vice President two years ago. He has been a volunteer with ACMP Global on multiple committees.
