ACMP News: Ignitor Insights

It is a time for reflection.  Most of us have faced disruptive personal change in our lives – loss of the first love, family members, illness…and we have found ways to cope. Global news constantly reports hunger, war, poverty, disease: we express our empathy, but for whatever reasons it rarely turns into action. The difference is: this time it is the collective ‘us’ who is impacted. What I personally hope for as a result of our collective COVID-19 experience, is indeed a changed new normal. A persistence of the rising humbleness towards social and environmental affairs even after Corona. As I am sitting on my home trainer, writing this in sheltered house with food at hand: Thinking of all the true ‘hidden heroes’ in the world, coping constantly with comparable challenges helps me to gauge myself and to look upon all the positive aspects of my life.
