Benjamin is an experienced executive leading the delivery of the central business idea, strategy, and business operations of international organizations in multi-cultural environments in private and public sectors through business, partnerships and projects leadership, membership engagements, and delivery of commercial products in diverse sectors. He brings years of experience in strategic planning and execution, business development, project and program management, customer (B2B and B2C) and stakeholder relationships, and P&L management.

Prior to working with the African Development Bank Group as a Consultant at the Vice President Office, he was the West Africa Regional Manager responsible for business development of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, UK. Benjamin was previously Manager of Invest in Africa; Country Project Manager of UNDP-GEF; Programme Manager of Cadbury/Kraft Foods; Project Manager of British Council; and a Country Coordinator. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Management (UK), Member of Institute of Directors (Ghana), and RICS International Accredited ACRE Mediator.
