Finish 2018 Stronger

The calendar isn't wrong, 2019 is mere weeks away. But don't worry, you still have time to finish 2018 strong! Take a few minutes and think about what you have achieved in your career this year, and where you want to be in 2019 and beyond. A little self-reflection goes a long way:

  1. What are your proudest accomplishments this year?
  2. Did you try or learn something new that aided your career growth?
  3. How effectively are you building and maintaining your professional relationships?
  4. In 2019, how do YOU want to grow professionally?

We are ready to help with all the above! Take the next step, join ACMP and make new connections with change management professionals around the globe. Then submit your application for the CCMP exam at the discounted membership rate - the deadline is December 31. By becoming a CCMP, you'll not only earn a new professional credential, you'll also be establishing your dedication to learning and growing within your career. By April 2019, you will be ready to seize every opportunity when you attend Change Management 2019 in Orlando.

Don't let this opportunity pass you by, there is still time! The CCMP 2018 exam window is open until December 31.

Have questions? Alissa will be happy to help you get started.

This month’s featured graduate is Leo Lin, CCMP™, Managing Consultant with Navitas Life Sciences, Inc.

How has earning the CCMP benefited you personally and professionally?

As a CCMP, I'm now involved with many more projects that require OCM coverage or oversight. Such involvement has allowed me to learn more about different types of projects with varying approaches and has given me the opportunity to both stretch and test my problem-solving ability. Personally, it was a fun experience meeting like-minded professionals at the last annual conference.
