Why do you volunteer?
“I believe in the mission of ACMP and want to help establish the profession by building a community locally (through establishing a local chapter) and globally (through webinar offerings).
Personally, I get energized and inspired seeing others succeed and overcome challenges. It's such a great opportunity to broaden your network, grow and learn. Plus, I need volunteer hours to maintain my CCMP!”
What do you like about being a part of ACMP?
“We are such a creative and diverse bunch! ACMP conferences are so informative, inspiring and fun, and the webinars (shameless plug for "my" committee here) carry that torch throughout the year. Also, I'm proud to be among the industry-leading first 500 to obtain the CCMP designation. It's an affirmation.”

Other involvement or hobbies: “I'm passionate about languages and translation - I believe ability to speak other languages enables one to think differently and have more empathy. If I could have an extra day in a week, you'd see me reading novels and translating stories from and to Polish and German.”
