Why do you volunteer?
“My DNA is hard wired to volunteer! For me, I believe volunteering was developed in my youth without ever realizing it. I never forget the path of life I have lived and those who have inspired, mentored or let me lean on them. I naturally want to give back so others can be inspired and achieve their aspirations or so that organizations such as ACMP and our Manitoba chapter can benefit from my contribution.”
What do you like about being a part of ACMP?
“As a professional practicing and implementing Change Management, ACMP is my "central repository" of experts, colleagues and information at both local and regional levels. It is an exciting time as our industry is taking flight worldwide. ACMP has given me the opportunity and a "front row seat" to take part as the organization and profession evolves.”

Favorite ACMP Conference: All are tied for favorite! Each brings knowledge transfer, education, networking in various settings...local and familiarity vs grander and worldwide exposure. Each has great benefits. Plus, I am biased knowing the unbelievable work that Nikole and the committees put into the details of each conference :)
Other involvement or hobbies: “With every door opened there is opportunity to give, grow and learn,” says Donna. In addition to her ACMP roles, she is the Past President and mentor of the PMI Manitoba Chapter.
