Keep Your Eye on the Big Picture and Stay on Track - No Matter What

July can be a powerful month for business and projects but what is needed is the ability to be flexible, think outside the box and come up with solutions that are unconventional and out of the ordinary.

It’s time to get motivated and take the necessary steps to become a Certified Change Management Professional™! There are so many reasons to earn an official CCMP™ certification designation.

Earning your certification is like having a key to the vast world of opportunities the profession of change management offers placed in the palm of your hand. It can open doors you did not even know existed and will make one powerful statement about the expertise YOU bring to the table. Cristin Chao, a CCMP graduate, ACMP member and volunteer said:

I’ve noticed more and more employers are looking for change practitioners with the CCMP so earning this certification has provided me with a way of differentiating myself from others professionally.” (Read more here)

Ultimately, becoming certified can:

✔ Help you earn credibility and respect in your field.
✔ Open more opportunities for advancement.
✔ Prove your willingness to invest in your own development.
✔ Demonstrate your commitment to your profession.
✔ Improve your change management skills and knowledge.
✔ Build confidence in your knowledge of the profession.

We are here to help and guide you, so stay on track and let’s cross the finish line – together!

This month’s featured graduate is Cristin Chao, CCMP™, Organizational Change Lead, The Wendy’s Company.

Why did you decide to pursue the CCMP?

I decided to pursue the CCMP because I knew this certification was a way of demonstrating I understood a common change management framework that can be applied across a variety of change projects. I also like that it requires me to keep my change management knowledge up-to-date, not just through work experiences, but through a variety of educational opportunities too.
