Monika serves as Director, Transformational Change in Great-West Lifeco’s Global Centre of Excellence for Transformational Change. Prior to this, she led the development and deployment of Enterprise Change Capabilities in Canada’s second largest credit union. She was also a Consulting Manager in one of Canada’s leading management consulting firms.
She has over ten years of organizational development and Change Management experience navigating many large-scale projects across a variety of industries and business types, including business transformation, corporate mergers and integrations, organizational restructuring, as well as technology implementations.
Monika thrives in complex and transformative Change environments as she turns forward-thinking ideas into reality. She is a strong conceptual thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Given her blend of broad-based consulting and corporate experiences, she brings unique perspectives on the subtle complexities and behind the scene realities of Change.
Monika is passionate about helping organizations transform, grow and adapt. She seeks opportunities to make impactful contributions in the lives of individuals, organizations and communities. Monika is a trusted mentor to practitioners and non-Change professionals alike.
Monika is a founding member of both the ACMP Alberta Chapter and its ACMP Edmonton Branch. Following the establishment of the ACMP Alberta Chapter, Monika took on the role of Chair, ACMP Edmonton Branch.
She holds Master Degree in International Economic and Political Relationships from the University of Lodz, Poland, an MBA from the University of Alberta, Canada and the CCMP™ designation from the Association of Change Management Professionals.
