Volunteer at ACMP
Are you interested in making connections and working with other Change Management practitioners? Would you like to help lead the way change works by getting involved in the planning of ACMP’s future? ACMP committees and task forces provide our members opportunities to make an impact on our rapidly growing and successful organization.
Why do ACMP members volunteer? Why do some committed individuals continue to volunteer year after year? Watch this short video that answers “Why I Volunteer.”
Committees are comprised of volunteers who commit to work together for one year to achieve deliverables set forth on charters approved by the ACMP Board of Directors.
Conference, Speaker & White Paper committees run from June - May, while all other committees run from January - December. If you are unable to make a year-long commitment, you may consider signing up for a task force. A task force is created to accomplish a specific task and is a short-term commitment until the task is complete. If you would like to be notified when a task force is forming, please fill out an application.

The Certification Governance Committee helps to provide content and program recommendations specifically related to the CCMP™ Certification Program.
The Chapter Formation Committee provides guidance to support the establishment of a global network of engaged and active ACMP chapters and their respective leaders.
The Conference Committee is responsible for providing shape and support to Change Management conferences. Assisting in Conference support and planning particularly focused on education and networking.
The Membership Committee assists ACMP in acquiring new members and serving our existing members in a way that increases the likelihood of retention.
The QEP™ Governance Committee validates compliance with policies related to the QEP program and review and oversee action on any complaints or appeals.
The Speaker Committee is responsible for providing shape to Change Management conferences through Track Sessions speakers.
The Volunteer Engagement Committee is responsible for assisting ACMP in attracting and securing volunteers and ensuring that volunteer experience aligns with expectations as defined in the Volunteer Handbook.
The Webinar Committee will focus on topics and trends and finding the right speakers for ACMP’s member’s only webinars. The Task Force’s goal will be to plan at least 6 months out and schedule in advance.
The White Paper Committee is responsible for providing insight and suggestions into the educational portion of the Conference through White Papers.
