Implementing mindfulness meditation programs in the workplace is on the rise. Intentionally using mindfulness meditation as a change tool will increase people's change resiliency resulting in a better outcome for the organization.

Wendy Quan’s white paper ‘Meditation – A powerful change management tool’ was a winning white paper at the ACMP conference in 2015 and she has spoken 4 times for ACMP. She trains and certifies mindfulness meditation facilitators and helps organizations implement mindfulness programs around the world. 

Wendy teaches from a business perspective, not a 'woo-woo' perspective. She continues to innovate in this area and will share her insights in this evolving field.

You will experience a short ‘Dealing with Change’ guided meditation to get a taste of how powerful this practice can be for an individual going through change.


Wendy Quan is the founder of The Calm Monkey, and was previously Pacific Blue Cross’ change manager for nine years. Wendy is the industry leader helping organizations implement mindfulness meditation programs and combining change management techniques to create personal and organizational change resiliency. She trains and certifies passionate meditators to become workplace facilitators through workshops and online training. Her program, offered online and in-person, is the first of its kind in the world.

As an early pioneer in workplace mindfulness, her insight is capturing great attention. Wendy has published white papers with the ACMP and has taught her program at the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. Her clients include Google, the government of Dubai, and other great organizations and individuals in various sectors around the world.

Wendy has a compelling personal story of her cancer journey and how this has led to her passion in helping people create a better experience of life. She explains how mindfulness meditation and change is a powerful combination.
