Bios:


Rich Batchelor - Rich has been successfully delivering change for over 25 years. He has consulted, coached and educated with organizations worldwide, delivering cultural and values driven change within and for many organizations to embrace the diversity of their current and potential workforce.

He is a founding member of ACMP and founding president of the Toronto Chapter. He has also founded the Toronto Change Days conference and regularly speaks on the potential to change behaviour, culture and organizational capacity.

He has a masters in change management and is certified in Project Management, Process improvement, Facilitation, HR, Coaching, Counseling and Psychotherapy. He is also a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator & Workshop Designer, Certified in facilitating organizations through uncertainty and complexity and an accredited emotional culture deck “elephant rider” !

Simone Sloan, Rph, MBA - Simone Sloan’s mantra is “Voice, Power, Confidence.” She is Founder of Your Choice Coach, an emotional intelligence business, an executive coach and a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant. She changes the way businesses engage their employees and clients to create value.

She emphasizes the human element with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is an active member of the Tri-State Diversity Council and an advocate for women professionals and entrepreneurs.

Her background includes experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry where she successfully launched and led products and services, implemented programs for stakeholders across the globe, and developed and trained sales, medical, and technical teams.

Simone holds a BS in Pharmacy and an MBA from Howard University. She is co-author of the book: Achieving Results, is Emotional Intelligence (EQI) 2.0 certified, DISC certified, IDI certified, Block Chain certified, and accredited via the International Coaching Federation.
