Title: The Human Impact of AI: Transforming our Workforce toward Uncharted Capabilities

Presenter: Nicole Sroka

Description:

From robotic automation to employee coaching, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a mega change coming to a workplace near you. Data is now considered the biggest asset or risk to organizations. Investment in AI is predicted to climb from $38B this year to $98B in 2023. Federal legislation is driving organizations to become more rigorous in data analytics capabilities. Technology plays a part, but the workforce plays a bigger role. What are the emerging intersections of workforce automation across various industries? How can we reduce the perceived threats and evoke a deeper collaboration with machine learning to realize a brighter future for us all?

In this highly stimulating presentation, Nicole provides the building blocks for you to lead AI transformation within your organization. First, we review basic concepts in AI followed by emerging trends and industry applications. Then, we explore the human impact of AI and how to equip people for its fast-moving development in the workplace. Put your finger on the pulse of AI discovery and apply compelling techniques to help your organization realize unimaginable possibilities!
