Title: OCM Early and Often

Presenters: Kelly McKillip, Leigh Ann Seidensticker, Lisa Graham

Description:

Have you ever been contacted by the Project Management of a large project that says they needed OCM support on a project that is going live in a couple weeks?  Or a business leader reached out for help on a change they already trained everyone, it went live a while ago but no one is adopting the change? Or perhaps they know they need OCM, but it wasn’t considered in the budget? Learn how one small OCM team was able to change their business to integrate OCM early and often on projects.

Skill Level: Intermediate (3-5 Years of  Change Management Experience)

Track: Empowering Change Management Success
