A vision, which can be developed from evaluating people, processes, and technology to not only respond and adapt to change, yet proactively seek opportunities to evolve. The role of the change practitioner is not always a formal title, nor is it the person in charge – being a change leader, means inspiring change across the organization to drive results. These results, the outcome of creative problem solving to either translate directives to work for the organization or to establish a need by questioning conventional approaches and seeking ideas to design, modify, and continuously improve capabilities to evolve.
