Facilitator: Rick Rothermel

Description:

Welcome to the first session in our new webinar series - Managing Change and Disruption: Ignitor Insights on Coronavirus. This series is a professional development outreach program providing a resource to learn what members of the change community are doing professionally to support their clients and colleagues during these unprecedented times.

Ignitor Liaison, Rick Rothermel will kick off this webinar series sharing stories of ways in which Ignitors and others in our community are supporting clients and colleagues as they address the change, disruption and transformation impact of COVID-19. Three globally recognized thought leaders will join Rick to present their recent experiences and share what they are doing to apply and adapt traditional change management approaches to the challenges of the day. You can also expect to learn some practical steps you can take to support client decision making and actions during the life cycle of the pandemic. We hope you will join us for this session and our entire series.
