Today’s organizational challenges grow and expand and so does the market’s expectations. In our search of optimal ways to achieve value within the golden triangle of cost, quality and time, Levio proposes a new vision of collaboration and tools as the next stage to exceed the expected business value. 

In this webinar, you will learn about the A.R.T. © approach: acting decisively to implement change, readjusting continually throughout the process, and transforming individual mindsets by mobilizing key stakeholders to enable larger organizational change.

Madame Vigneault, cumulates fifteen years of experience, serving clients from local to WorldClass organizations in the private, public and para-public sectors across Canada; Air Canada, CAE, Gaz Metro, Canadian Banking companies, Uni-Select, amongst others.

She specializes in implementing transformational offices to create internal capabilities that integrate project and change management; Boralex, Adidas, CCM Hockey, Sobey’s, Tafisa, Transportation society.

In the sake of knowledge sharing, Claudie is also actively involved in different initiatives; coordinating the Change Management Center of Excellence that is now the new ACMP Quebec Chapter, conducting mentoring activities as part of Thesis Judge board at Concordia University or providing training as a privileged invitee at industry events and conferences such as the PMP Symposium or at the university. She is also currently in the process of getting certified by the ACMP.
