Title: Measuring What Matters: Successful Change

Presenters: Amanda Schmoldt

Measuring adoption has long been a challenge for change practitioners. What to measure, when to measure and whether change management can claim credit are just some of the questions that make a relatively simple problem seem complicated. This session applies lessons learned from the non-profit community and behavior science to help you develop adoption metrics that truly measure the success of the change. Learn what to measure, how to scale adoption metrics (and incentives) and how to share the approach and results using a simple tool.

Skill Level: Intermediate (3-5 Years of Change Management Experience)

Track: Foundations

Amanda Schmoldt has more than 15 years of experience leading, coaching and facilitating change for Fortune 500 companies. Her favorite aspect of practicing change is the aha! moment when leaders realize the missing link that change management brings to the success of the change. Catch her session to learn how one of her own aha! moments changed the way she approaches change adoption.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how and when to measure adoption
  • Understand what to measure
  • Learn how to establish and align success metrics across the adoption continuum
