Kate DeGon has over 12 years working in the field of Organizational Change Management (OCM). She is the Founder and CEO of ChangeSync, a software designed to help manage, track, and report on organizational change management activities. She is also President of the ACMP Arizona Chapter.
She is a certified OCM practitioner and has provided OCM leadership and consulting services to organizations ranging from late-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Kate has applied OCM to a variety of organizational changes, including but not limited to enterprise transformations, enterprise resource planning system implementations, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, organizational effectiveness/process improvement, and organizational growth initiatives.
She has experience applying OCM in many industries such as higher education, finance, healthcare, non-profit, insurance, government, and information technology.
Kate lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and loves the adventures of traveling.
