Title: The Responsive Organization: How to adapt and thrive in the face of constant change
Presenter: Mike Arauz
Skill Level: *Intermediate* (3-5 Years of Change Management Experience)
Track: Trends & Innovation
Successful Change Management is no longer a semi-annual, one-moment-in-time event. As we all know and feel in our work each day, change is constant. Change is everywhere. In order to help organizations thrive in the years ahead, we need to fundamentally rethink our approach to Change Management and see it as a continuous, evolutionary process.
During this talk, you’ll learn specific, ready-to-use practices that can help any organization break through traditional mindsets and behaviors and develop their ability to quickly learn and adapt to change.
Learn practices for openness that make it easier for people to share information and collaborate.
Learn practices for team-based learning, built on a steady rhythm of testing, reflecting on what’s working, and continuously improving.
Learn practices that help you move from a command and control hierarchy to a network where everyone is empowered to contribute regardless of who they are or where they sit in the organization.
