Most of us have never experienced anything  else, but all around we see pioneers utilizing different organizational “operating systems.” How do we make sense of “self-management,” “holacracy,” “agile,” and “responsive organizations?” Are these different, or perhaps somehow related? In this session, CEO/author/thought leader Josh Allan Dykstra will connect the dots between the latest emerging models of organization design, helping change management practitioners understand how companies are evolving and give them tools to help "future-proof" the organizations, teams, and leaders they work with.


Josh Allan Dykstra is a recognized thought leader on the future of work and company culture. He is the CEO of Strengthscope U.S., the exclusive U.S. provider of the world’s most energizing workplace assessment, and his articles and ideas have been featured by Fast Company, Forbes, The Huffington Post, and Business Insider.
