Title: The Four Keys Of Engaging All Personalities and Perspectives

Presenter: Joe Foster

Skill Level: *Beginner*  (0-3 Years of Change Management Experience)

Track: Foundations

As change professionals, we understand that the way we address human personalities has a huge impact on the success or failure of a change project. But since every stakeholder views change activities in their own way, how do you ensure you are satisfying all these different perspectives?

Joe Foster has over 15 years of professional experience focused on improving communications, implementing organizational change, and enabling technology improvements. By combining a background in technical consulting, expertise in a change management certified approach, and a passion for interpersonal effectiveness, he has developed lasting solutions that meet the needs of the business. Joe is currently leading customer support activities as the Client Services Manager at Sempra Energy.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding the four human perspectives as defined by neuroscience and psychology research
  • Identifying your own personal perspective and potential ‘blind spots’
  • How to apply the framework to engage all personalities in both professional and personal scenarios
  • Alignment of the four human perspectives with commonly used industry personality profile approaches
