Methods and tools to "manage change" are baseline competencies. Truly effective change agents LEAD change - and that's the focus of the CQ System for Developing Change Intelligence, which is based on decades of leading organizational, team, and personal transformations; years of global research across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa on managing change; and deep study into the psychology and neuroscience of change. Participants will experience case studies and quantitative research results to explore how CQ has been used to “make it real in the field” in leading mission-critical change spanning from start-ups, to mergers, to technology implementations in multiple industries around the globe. By building CQ, change agents enhance their own ability to lead successful and sustainable change. Moreover, they become equipped to coach fellow change agents, facilitate project teams, and transform organizations. Participants will emerge with insights to more effectively partner with key stakeholders (from the C-suite to the front line), empowering them to overcome what looks like resistance, but is really either confusion over the goal, lack of connection to the goal, or lack of tactics and training to partner together to work toward the goal.
Barbara A. Trautlein, PhD is author of Change Intelligence and originator of the CQ System. Twenty-five years ago she founded Change Catalysts, LLC, an approved Qualified Education Provider by the ACMP. Barbara partners with client organizations to facilitate successful and sustainable change, and coaches and certifies change agents - achieving bottom-line business and powerful leadership results for clients.
