Description:

Bob Dylan might have said it best – “The times they are a changin’.” There is no question that this is an accurate statement.  Today’s world looks drastically different than that of days gone by.  Multigenerational workforces are not new.  They have existed since the dawn of time.  However, never has the gap between the generations been so wide as it is today.  Not only do organizations have to worry about these inter-generational relationships, they must also deal with differing sets of expectations and values each generation brings to the work place. There is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach in a multigenerational workforce. The question is what are you doing to change your culture and bridge the gaps?
