Title: Reinventing the Checklist: A Powerful, New Twist on a Classic Tool!

Presenter: Keely Killpack

Skill Level: *Intermediate* (3-5 Years of Change Management Experience)

Description:

Back by popular demand, the checklist for leaders is an essential tool during any large scale change.  It helps leaders know how to lead a change and it enables CM Practitioners to keep leaders consistent and on track across any size organization. I have a story to tell about reinventing the checklist, elements that make it valuable, ways to keep it relevant, and how it was successful for 200 leaders in one organization! This session promises to be fun & engaging, and participants will leave with a new checklist tool as well as some work already done on their own change projects back home! The audience will get to share their stories too and we will all practice using the new checklist tool. By the end, we should have everyone’s collective wisdom about checklists out in the open and a new tool to use when we get back to work!
